A doctor who has prescribed the anti-baby pill for the treatment of acne, has the statutory health insurance fund to reimburse the costs. This was decided by the Social Court in Dusseldorf and reported on Friday. The Till was "a preventive and not a medicine. The objection of the gynecologist, he had dealt with the pill skin problems effectively and economically, did not accept the court. Therefore, the contraceptive was not allowed. Only for the insured to 19 years on the pill should be freely prescribed. The physician should therefore pay damages. The verdict (case no: S 14 KA 166/07) is not yet final.
