Poor nutrition increases the risk of acne, but so different in both sexes, have found Norwegian dermatologists. In adolescents, the frequent consumption of candy and chocolate increased the risk by 40% and 54% chips, while in girls, the only dietary component that increases the risk of acne was low consumption of vegetables ( 116%). Neither soft drinks or cigarettes or alcohol increases the risk. The prevalence of acne was 13%.
